HIGH SPEED INTERNET & PHONE
ConnectAnza 300/00 high speed internet was such a fantastic addition to the Pinyon Crest when it finally became available in 2020. Ask anyone in Pinyon Crest with some tenure and they will tell you what it was like getting 1 mbps up and 3 mbps down on Frontier! Yep, you read those numbers right!
Signup HERE and note that you can also add their telephone Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service as your home phone instead of using a landline.

For a minimal fee you can get their 24-hour battery back-up to be prepared for power outages. This allows you up to 24 hours of internet-based services services when the power goes out. Enough time to call friends/family whom you want to notify, or maybe finish streaming the movie you were watching when it hit!
GAS SERVICE
You may opt to buy your propane tank, or rent one. You may find a lower price in your search. But one thing to always keep in mind and ask before getting ahead of yourself, is whether any service provider will actually come to Pinyon Crest. Don't be surprised if you discover that there is some resistance to driving up 74!
Anza Gas Service, Inc. has proven to be reliable, consistent, and very competitive in price. They typically run delivery routes every month except July & August and are already up 74 just 20 minutes away!
